Upper Blepharoplasty
As the third most common plastic surgical procedure, blepharoplasty (or upper eyelid surgery) removes the excess eyelid skin, giving a more bright-eyed appearance. It can often improve vision as well.
Lower Blepharoplasty
Lower blepharoplasty (or lower eyelid surgery) treats lower eyelid bags and skin laxity which can develop with aging. This procedure results in a smoother eyelid and cheek appearance and is often combined with an upper blepharoplasty.
Face Lift
A facelift improves visible signs of facial aging and can refresh and rejuvenate a patient’s appearance. Different techniques can be customized to each patient to smooth the skin of the face and neck, tighten the underlying muscles, and remove excess skin.
Neck Lift
With time the neck and jawline can become lax. A neck lift can help re-contour the skin of the lower face and neck, tighten the underlying tissues and muscles, and remove excess skin. A neck lift provides a more youthful contour of the neck and can be combined with a face lift.
Otoplasty
Prominent ears can be bothersome even in childhood. Otoplasty can correct noticeable ear deformities or simply bring the ears closer to the head utilizing small incisions hidden behind the ear. The surgery is typically performed with light sedation and requires minimal downtime.
Lip Lift
For some patients the upper lip becomes longer with time, and no amount of lip filler will correct this. Using local anesthetic, this office procedure only takes one hour and provides a more youthful lip and balanced face.
SkinPen

Breast
Breast Augmentation
Women seeking to restore their breast fullness after pregnancy or weight loss, looking to correct asymmetries, or simply wanting to increase their breast size may consider breast augmentation. During a consultation with Dr. Landis, she will help you develop a plan for your specific needs, including the type and size of breast implant and how it is placed. Her goal is always to give the patient a result that is beautiful, natural, and proportional to a woman’s frame.
Breast Re-Augmentation
Women who have undergone breast augmentation in the past may elect to undergo a replacement of their breast implants to enhance the size, shape or appearance of their breasts.
Breast Lift
Mastopexy (or breast lift surgery) can restore the breasts to a more youthful appearance. Dr. Landis is highly trained in a variety of breast lift techniques that can be individualized to each patient. A breast lift involves rearranging the breast tissue to a perkier, more lifted appearance, moving the nipple higher on the breast, and re-draping the breast skin to a more youthful shape. Occasionally a breast implant can be placed at the time of breast lift, or liposuction can be performed to improve the breast shape.
Breast Augmentation + Lift
Breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) is a very common procedure in women with changes to their breasts from weight fluctuations and pregnancy. In this procedure a mastopexy is performed to tighten and reshape the breast to a more youthful shape and a breast implant is placed to change the size or shape.. Women who desire more fullness in the top half of their breasts may require an implant for the shape they desire.
Breast Reduction
Landis has performed hundreds of breast reduction surgeries, which are often the happiest patients in a plastic surgeon’s practice. This surgery reduces the size of a patient’s breast with removal of excess skin and breast tissue, repositioning of the nipple and liposuction of the outer area of the breast. Patients report an improvement in their neck and back pain, improved fit of bras and clothing and a better ability to be active and exercise.
Breast Implant Removal
Many women undergo breast augmentation, and some will choose to have their implants removed. There are a variety of reasons that women will choose this procedure, including a change in their aesthetic goals, a desire for smaller or more natural breasts, or an issue with their breast implant such as implant leakage or capsular contracture. This safe, outpatient procedure typically removes the breast implants and the surrounding capsule.
Breast Implant Removal with Breast Lift
Patents choosing to have their breast implants removed often elect to have a breast lift performed to enhance their final breast shape. A breast lift can be performed at the time of implant removal or may be staged at a later time.
Breast Reconstruction Revision
The final outcome after breast reconstruction may change over time, and breast reconstruction revision can help address a variety of issues including changes in breast appearance, patient dissatisfaction, or complications.

Removal or replacement of implants, changes or removal of the breast implant capsule, or fat grafting may be performed to give a more desirable outcome. Mommy Makeover
This combination of cosmetic procedures is designed to restore and enhance a woman’s body after pregnancy and childbirth. This comprehensive approach typically includes a combination of breast surgery, tummy tuck, and liposuction, tailored to address the specific concerns and goals of each individual patient.
Liposuction
Liposuction is an outpatient surgical procedure designed to remove fat from specific areas of the body to improve contour and decrease size. Common areas addressed are the neck, arms, abdomen, flanks, and outer thighs. It is often offered with other surgical procedures to enhance the results.

Arm Lift
An “arm lift” or Brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure performed to reduce the size and improve the contour of the upper arms. Over time many patients will notice skin laxity in this area, especially after weight loss. This outpatient procedure can be combined with breast surgery and helps patients fit into clothing more comfortably.
Abdominoplasty
A “tummy tuck” or abdominoplasty is a very popular form of body contouring to improve the appearance or function of the abdomen, usually after childbirth or weight fluctuations. Patients will describe sagging skin, stretch marks, a protruding belly, or fat deposits that they are unhappy with. In most patients excess skin and soft tissue is removed and the rectus muscles (or six pack muscles) are tightened. In massive weight loss patients, a more extensive fleur-du-lis abdominoplasty is performed to achieve even more skin removal, which gives the patient an even smaller waist.
Fleur-de-lis Abdominoplasty
The fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty is a specialized type of tummy tuck procedure that is designed to address excess skin and tissue in the abdominal area. This procedure is particularly effective for patients who have experienced significant weight loss or have excessive loose skin in the midsection.
Labiaplasty
Some women have insecurities with the appearance of their vulva, or experience discomfort in tight clothing or while exercising. Skin Lesion Removal
Skin and soft tissue lesions such as moles, cysts, lipomas, and skin cancers are very common. These lesions can typically be removed by Dr. Landis in the office under local anesthesia, with patients returning to normal activities the next day.
